Working with a Leadership Coach to improve your Board and Team Dynamics

We work with clients to identify and unpick blockages; to create a focus throughout the business with a shared vision; to improve the effectiveness of board and teams to keep the momentum of the business moving forward in a positive and effective way.

Growth Plans® inspires individuals to be at the top of their game, specialising in leadership and team effectiveness. We can run monthly board meetings, including confronting current challenges to find solutions. The monthly format provides management with a deadline to work to, holding them accountable and maintaining momentum. The quicker improvements are implemented, the sooner you see tangible results.

We will also work with teams to implement strategies and provide coaching sessions for key members of staff. This includes workshops and leadership; the 1:1 coaching sessions are an investment in these individuals and their career paths as well as keeping staff motivated and feeling valued.

We use the Insights Discovery model which has been rigorously developed and tested and is endorsed by the BPS (British Psychological Society). It provides nuanced insights for each individual (rather than the generalised categories that some models create). Even better, it provides a platform of understanding team dynamics and why we each have different operating systems.
