“We initially engaged Growth Plans® to work alongside the leadership team as our business went through a significant period of change. The sessions with Liz were insightful and helpful, particularly the psychometric profiling, which highlighted how the team’s individual management styles differed, and how we could combine those styles to reinforce our collaborative management style.
Having worked so successfully with the Leadership Team, we tasked Liz with working with the wider team to further develop the skills within the business Liz ran a programme of development and training for the management tier, working with them to offer guidance on how to lead their teams and how to communicate effectively with team members. Growing people as leaders helps us grow the business, and working with Liz ensured that we didn’t become inward-looking and helped us to reinforce the understanding that our responsibilities are critical to the success of the wider business.
Liz also attended our annual staff conference, running a number of sessions to promote team building. The company was split into teams, mixing different departments and skillsets, who were then set a scenario whereby they had to come up with answers and targets. There was huge value in getting people from different parts of the business communicating with each other and understanding one another’s strengths.
